I saw this book on the hold shelf at work and looked through it. It's a really nice introduction to various reptiles and amphibians, from snakes to lizards to frogs. The information is a little basic so I hope no one goes out and buys an animal based solely on what they've read here - a lot more research is necessary.
I took a look at the one lizard I know best (bearded dragons) and the information seemed useful with some tips you don't see in other pet manuals.
You never realize how much experts and authors of pet books can disagree till you have an interest in one specific breed and see all of the differences in care.
