This is How You Die: Stories of the Inscrutable, Infallible, Inescapable Machine of Death
The majority of these stories are well-written and intriguing, but I don't think the short-story format worked for most of them. I think most dystopian fiction benefits from being longer, drawing the reader into the world (even if it may not always make sense). The short form just highlights incongruities in the story and leaves many more questions.
